Civic Centre

The Civic Centre is the heart of your settlement. It allows you to convert civilians to workers and vice versa, and also to create your planet's resource. The Civic_Centre also increase your limits on your population, thats right, you have a limit of having an amount of population. Each upgrade increase your population limit and decreases your growth rate at the same time. Below shows info on each Civic_Centre upgrade.
Note: Population is different from civilians. Population consist of civilians, troops, and workers.
