Factions

Factions are a group of fleets that serve one common purpose.
Below are the Faction Types that are available so far and the Default Ranks that go with them. You can give any member whatever Rank you want from each of the Types but these are the Defaults. If you have ideas for new Types and new Ranks to go with them then please post and if they fit (sci-fi game) and if they are good enough I'll add them to the game. The same Ranks can be used for different Types but try to use new ones. There are some examples and ideas already suggested in the Chosen Space forum if you can find them.
All the ranks are available to any type of faction and you can mix and match.
Completed Types:
Alliance - Leader - General - Wing Commander - Officer - Member
Federation - Chancellor - Viceroy - Protector - Guardian - Member
Guild - Chairman - Vice-Chairman - Councillor - Steward - Member
Order - Grand Master - Vizier - Master - Knight - Member
Council - High Lord - Lord - Paladin - Consul - Member
Empire - Emperor - Grand Inquisitor - Imperator - Trooper - Member
Republic - President - Senator - Marshal - Ranger - Member
You can contribute Credits to your Faction by using the Faction Reference Number
