In the game are a variety of planets.

Each type of planet has its own area of focus.

The type of planet does NOT effect the outputs of mines, etc. but do effect materials gained through the use of workers.

On a Glaciated Planet, Workers produce 1 of each of the items below per turn for each of the number of workers listed.

Food 1/2174 Water 1/1429 Helium II 1/10k Polymer 1/9091 Silicon 1/50k Spice 1/100k

So, for example, for every 2,174 workers on the planet, 1 Food per turn is produced.
