Mechs

From Galactic Fleets Wiki

Mechs are similar to troops, but 1 mech is roughly equivalent to 100 troops and does not require a civilian to convert into a mech. Though they function in many ways like Troops, they can not be used for quelling rebellions and do not serve to enhance planet approval.

They are made in the armory, and are stored in the barracks.

You can use Mechs to invade other planets by first "activating" them in the Barracks by moving them from "Store" to "Ready" (This is known as Readying-Up your invasion Mechs).

Once your Mechs are active you can load them into a Dropship by using the Docking Port button on your Planet Info Screen.

Mechs are very expensive to maintain. $100 per mech per hour. Make sure you have enough funds to cover if you have them at the ready and not in store. They have no cost if they are stored.

Manufacture: Mechs are produced in lots of 10, with the following components going into their production: Tetrium ×7 + Electronics ×1 + Power Cells ×1 + Polymer ×1 = 10 Mechs (in Armory)

This means that if you type in 100 into the Armory, it will produce 100 lots of 10, or 1,000 Mechs.
