This displays the Newbies list. It shows who is new to your Tribe.

Information that is given is: - Player Name

- Fleet Name

- Faction they belong to (if they joined or created one).

- Sector Number they are located in.

- System Name.

- A contact link to message them.

- Whether they are online or off line.
