This is where you goto to change the following:

[edit] Show Help Boxes

Check ether the Y or N then click Edit

[edit] Change Password

You have to enter your new password in both boxes then hit submit

[edit] Update Email

Enter your new Email Address then hit Submit (You will be logged off and a random password will be emailed)
